The first in a new series of concerts takes place this weekend, with an award-winning young musician set to play.
Lucky Dog Music is a new series of music events based in Todmorden.
It has been set up by the award-winning, locally based Irish composer Ailís Ní Ríain to promote top class professional musicians playing exciting and innovative new music including classical, contemporary and jazz.
The first concert takes place on Saturday, October 25, by the remarkable percussionist Delia Stevens - a recent RNCM Gold Medal Winner and previous finalist in the BBC Young Musician of the Future Competition.
Future concerts include Tom McKinney (classical guitar), Nut Club (new jazz) and Brendan Ball (trumpet).
The concert takes place at Central Methodist Church, Bramsche Square, Todmorden, and starts at 7.30pm. Tickets, priced at £8 and £6, are available on the door.
