Key home test for Hollins in Sunday League title race

Hollins Holmes need to hit the ground running after a four-week break in a top-of-the-table Halifax Sunday League clash this weekend.

It is second versus first as Joel Booth’s side host Lee Mount in the Premier Division.

The sides have each dropped eight points - along with third-placed Halifax Hammers who beat Waiters Arms 3-2 in the only top-flight game to survive an overnight freeze last weekend.

Royd Club, who haven’t played since a 2-0 defeat at home to Queens Head on December 7, have a tough home game against Ryburn United on Sunday.
