Avenue took the lead through Michael Potts before Shaquille McDonald equalised.

Hattersley then gave Halifax the lead just before half-time, but Ryan Qualter equalised for Avenue.

Shortly afterwards, Jordan Porter saved a penalty from Potts, but Walker was then sent-off for kicking out at Seb Carole.

Park Avenue looked to have won it when Carole gave them the lead inside the last 15 minutes but Hattersley forced the tie into penalties in the dying moments, but Avenue held their nerve to go through to the semi-finals on penalties.
