Two-vehicle accident forces closure of Calderdale section of M62
Motorists are facing major delays this morning (Monday) after police closed a section of the M62 in Calderdale because of a two-vehicle accident.
The incident has happened eastbound between junction 25 A644 (Brighouse) and junction 26 M606 (Chain Bar) at 11.11am.
It involved an articulated lorry and a Mini.
Emergency services are currently at the scene.
Neither driver suffered serious injury.
Two lanes of the carriageway have since re-opened, but one lane remains closed.
