Crews called to house fire in Cleckheaton this morning

The incident happened on the ground floor of a property in Bradford Road, Birkenshaw, at around 7.51am.

An elderly man had to be treated for smoke inhalation by ambulance.

Fire officers used four breathing apparatus and two hose reels used.
