THE parents of a toddler who died two years after he was left badly disabled have appeared in court.
Caroline Kemp, 22, of Erringden Road, Mytholmroyd, and Thomas Corcoran, 21, of Birkby, Huddersfield, appeared at Bradford Crown Court charged with causing or allowing the death of a two-year-old Corinthian Kemp.
The youngster was allegedly injured days after his birth in 2007.
Judge James Stewart QC discussed in detail the progress of the case with barristers. If a trial is required it now looks as if it will not take place until 2012.
