That’s entertainment - that’s Todmorden Agricultural Show!

From the moment the goats are milked in the morning to the last horse class of the day, the event provides a packed day’s entertainment.

Some of it is spectacular too, so make sure you see the eye-catching displays showcased through the day in the events ring.

This year’s special events provide a mix of those linked to farming - and something completely different!

In the former category, the Elaine Hill Sheepdog Display team are utterly charming - and utterly dedicated. You can’t fail to be charmed as these working dogs are put through their paces, culminating in some duck herding.

A parade of ducklings or miniature ducks conclude each performance when children are invited into the arena to take part and enjoy the fun.

Where the working dogs are measured in their pace, you can expect a real turn of speed from Phill Gibbons’ Racing Terriers – The Little Nippers

Phill and his racing terriers are one of the leading terrier racing display teams in the country today.

Members of the audience are encouraged to take part with their own dogs too, and even the kids have a chance to participate and can race against one of these little terriers.

And it’s the humans’ turn when the 3SIXTY display team will thrill the audience with their amazing riding skills in a professionally formatted and engaging show.

Between performances 3SIXTY offer expert tuition to the public on team bikes.

You can see 3SIXTY at 11am and 1.15pm, Elaine Hill and dogs at 11.45am and 2pm andThe Little Nippers at 12.30pm and 2.45pm.

There will also be the Cattle Parade there at 3.30pm and the Vintage Tractor Parade at 3.45pm.
