Raise funds for Overgate by recycling your festive tree

New for 2015 the hospice team be collecting and recycling Christmas Trees, in return for a minimum donation of just £5, as part of its scheme.

Collections will be made on January 9, 10, and 11 from homes in Calderdale, Residents do not even need to be home; trees can be collected from their front garden.

Senior Fundraiser Faye Henderson said; “We are always looking for ways to raise funds whilst helping the community and this is a fantastic, innovative way of doing just that.

“We are really excited about the scheme and hope to make it an annual campaign if the community finds it useful.”
