Harry Smallman, a leisure assistant for Calderdale Council, is now serving with the Royal Navy at HMS Seahawk in Cornwall, completing the next part of his ongoing training as a Naval Airman.

Previously living with his father Tony Smallman in Northowram, Halifax, who was also in the Royal Navy, Harry has been waiting for more than three years for the opportunity to serve his country.

He is looking forward to serving on one of the new Royal Navy carriers HMS Queen Elizabeth or HMS Prince of Wales in the future, where he will no doubt see many sights all over the world.
