Earlier this year the Guardian wrote a complimentary feature on Halifax, which featured the Victorian Craft Beer Cafe among other venues in the town.

Up to four other real ciders are available direct from the “box”.
The main criteria for selection of a Pub of the Year is the quality and range of beers on sale. The Victorian Craft Beer Cafe is in the current national Good Beer Guide produced by CAMRA nationally.
However, the CAMRA members also take into account various other factors, such as the establishment’s ambience, the welcome, and the facilities in the pub.

Another member said: “This is a very welcoming pub, and me and the other lasses always enjoy calling in for a couple of pints.”
