Party in the Park at Lee Mount

Party in the Park is back again and this year it’s set to be bigger and better than ever.

Taking place in Shroggs Park, Lee Mount, Halifax this Saturday between 12 and 4pm at the three churches, the free event includes a mobile cave, climbing wall, inflatable football pitch and sports games.

There’ll also be displays from the fire brigade and police, while a fairground, face painting, crafts and community marquees will also feature.

And festival food will be up for grabs with hot dogs, burgers and ice cream being sold at the family fun event.

Organisers are urgently seeking out helpers for the day, with site assistants and stewards required to pick up litter.
