Jed Forward the first Incredible Edible apprentice finished his training at the farm, with his talent as a grower, his sustained deep interest in plants and food, and his skill as a communicator and teacher made him the successful applicant for the grower’s job at the Incredible Aqua Garden.

There was stiff competion for the job but Jed was the perfect fit and was welcomed with a meet the team lunch.

Jed will be working three days a week leading a team of volunteers and mentoring a new Aqua Garden apprentice who will be starting work in November.

But he is keeping his hand in at the farm as a sessional worker in horticulture and community engagement so will be working for both incredible spin of not for profit social enterprises.
