Eighth year of It's A Knockout for inspirational Elland girl

An It's A Knockout event is being held this weekend in aid of an inspirational girl from Elland.

Amelie Gledhill, 10, has a rare genetic condition called Russell Silver Syndrome, which limits her growth and causes a number of other problems.

Read: Brodstock 2018 has been a record breakerThis will be the eighth year the family are holding the competition and the event will raise money for Amelie to get a new wheelchair before she starts at Brooksbank School, Elland, in September.

The event will take place on Sunday (June 24) at Greetland Community Centre from 10am to 6pm.
