The deceased is named on the murder charge as Hans Didier Gouton also known as Achu Dickinson.

During the hearing at Bradford Crown Court Younis’ barrister Timothy Capstick applied for bail on his behalf but the application was refused by the Recorder of Bradford Judge Roger Thomas QC.

The judge told Younis that his next court appearance would be on July 28.

A trial, which could last five days, has been fixed for December 12.
