Driver attacked by man on bus in Todmorden
Police have launched an investigation after a bus driver was assaulted at Todmorden Bus Station.
Police are appealing for witnesses to the incident which happened on the bus whilst it was parked in the station on Burnley Road at 8.45am yesterday (Wednesday).
A man is believed to have assaulted the male bus driver before making off from the scene.
The driver, who is in his 40s, suffered facial injuries during the attack and was taken to hospital.
Any witnesses are asked to call the police via 101.
