Bradford man robbed in his own home

Police have issued a witness appeal following a robbery at a property in Bradford.

The incident happened last night (Sunday, March 30) at around 7.30pm when three men entered an address in Jervaulx Crescent and stole a laptop belonging to the 55-year-old male occupant.

Det Insp Ryan Bragg of Bradford CID said: “The suspects initially turned up at the premises requesting to speak to a person unknown to the occupants before they forced their way in.

“Thankfully, the victim was uninjured during the incident, but was extremely shaken by the experience.”

The three men are described as being in their late teens or early twenties, of slim build and between 5’8” and 5’10” tall.

The individual who took the laptop has a distinctive thin moustache and curly hair.

The laptop was a Samsung model with damage to the right-hand hinge cover.

Det Insp Bragg said: “I am particularly interested in hearing from anyone who has recently been approached by anyone to sell such an item.

“Likewise, I would like to hear from any witnesses or anyone with information which could assist in our enquiries.”
