Hundreds of people gathered in Hebden Bridge to watch a concert dedicated to those in Calderdale hit by flooding.
Soldiers from the Yorkshire Regiment were among troops deployed to the area to help householders and businesses with warnings, sandbagging and clear up duties after Storm Eva struck on Boxing Day.
The band’s outdoor concert raised funds for the Calder Valley flood relief appeal which is supporting the communities affected.
Captain Gary Clegg, the band’s director of music said: “We wanted to put a smile on people’s faces during what has been a difficult time for the area.”
The Yorkshire Regiment traditionally recruits in the Calder Valley and West Riding.
