People are being invited to attend the next Luddendenfoot Ward Forum meeting.
Ward Forums are for people in Calderdale to get involved in what happens in their local area and discuss what is important to them. It is a chance for people to say what they think and help make a difference to their neighbourhood.
Yorkshire Tiger and Metro bus services will be in attendance at the meeting to discuss the withdrawn 577/578 bus route, there will also be a presentation on current housing needs in the ward as well as updates on police priorities in the ward.
Ward forum grants will also be discussed as well as the local nominations for the Calderdale Council Citizen Celebration Award for 2015. This will be followed by an open forum section where people can have their say on local issues that matter to them.
The meeting will take place on Tuesday, November 10 at Luddenden Foot Civic Institute, Station Road. Doors open at 6.30pm for a 6.45pm start and this will be held in the Lower Hall (access off the side of the building near the park entrance).
The meetings are open to anyone who lives or works in the ward.
For those unable to attend, an online e-Forum is also available at www.tinyurl.com/luddfootwf from 7pm on the night.
