Elsbeth’s new health practice offers alternative approach
A health practitioner has launched a new business to help people suffering with stress, anxiety and depression.
The conditions are becoming increasingly common in today’s world, but Elsbeth Hanson is offering treatment using a combination of dietary adjustments and access consciousness tools.
Having suffered herself for many years, Elsbeth found that the new technique provides effective relief.
Elsbeth has set up her own business, Well-being from Within, to help others who are struggling with their health and are looking for an alternative approach to managing stress and freeing themselves of its burden.
Primarily using nutritional therapy and access bars, Elsbeth uses a combination of techniques tailored to the individual client’s needs.
“Access bars is a gentle, non-invasive, hands-on technique that is suitable for everyone,” she said.
“The bars are 32 points on the head that when gently touched release limitations, stress and tension from your life and body.
“It is a simple process that can literally transform your life in ways you may have never thought possible.
“How does it get any better than that?”
Nutritional therapy is the application of nutrition science to enhance health and achieve peak performance.
It can identify potential nutritional imbalances and determine how these contribute to symptoms.
A nutritional therapist will work with people on many levels by addressing nutritional imbalances and supporting the body towards achieving and maintaining health.
Some people turn to nutritional therapy simply to check they are eating as healthily as possible, whereas others want to lose weight or get help with specific symptoms.
Individual consultations with Elsbeth in both access consciousness and nutritional therapy are available in Cornholme, Physio and Therapies in Todmorden and the Banyan Tree in Hebden Bridge.
Elsbeth is a BANT registered nutritional therapist, a certified access consciousness bars facilitator and NLP practitioner.
