One lane closed on M62 causes heavy delays for drivers

Commuters are facing heavy delays as one lane is closed on the M62 this evening.

A crash involving a HGV and Mercedes vehicle is causing severe delays as one lane is closed eastbound on the motorway between junction 26 M606 (Chain Bar) and junction 27 M621 (Gildersome).

The lane will re-open when police have cleared the scene.
