Halifax gift shop back open with complimentary wine and food tasting

With the focus being more on customer experience, the gift shop highlighted as a top 10 place to visit in Halifax (Tripadvisor) to focus on hospitality by offering complimentary drinks ranging from wines, champagne, prosecco to teas and coffee.

With a wide range of wines and cheeses on offer the shops has found a way to showcase the selection on offer.

Ivan Amaral Store Manager said: "'Due to the extensive variety of wines and cheeses on offer we have noticed it can confuse them as to which one to get, in order to showcase the different wines on offer we have decided it is best to have them on offer as part of our tasting experience, so the customer can make a more informed decision when picking wines.

"To go with the wine, there will also be a fine selection of artisan cheeses, crackers and a selection of charcuterie to sample."

The staff within the store are all trained to offer a personal shopping experience helping customers pick the right gift or help make bespoke hampers best suited to the lucky recipient.

The flagship store known for its premium bouquets and hampers also has a vast range of gifts ranging from Valley chocolates, wood wick candles, soft plush toys, organic beauty gifts all sourced from suppliers within the UK.
