93 homes could be affected by burst water main

Technicians are working to repair a burst water main which is causing some congestion on roads.

The burst main, on Palace House Road, Hebden Bridge, is thought to not be affecting nearby households.

However, Yorkshire Water technicians will be assessing the main near to the junction with Norfolk Street and any work could potentially affect 93 homes.

There had been reports that Palace House Road had to be closed but a Yorkshire Water spokesperson said the road had remained open but there had been some delays.
