She enjoys teaching pottery, making things from mud, painting things, rummaging in skips and recycling items.

Based at The Old Stables Studio, Palace House Road, Hebden Bridge, Edyn has been teaching arts and crafts – including painting print, pottery and design - for more than 30 years and has specialised in ceramics for more than 20 years. She studied Fine Art in Leeds and Ceramics at Glasgow School of Art and has also been involved in creating a mural which has been sited at Leeds General Infirmary.
