Brighouse Art Circle members have a furry good time

Brighouse Art Circle members held an artistic session where guests painted a monkey’s fur in acrylic.

Heidi Farrar demonstrated her techniques whilst explaining that she usually spent 100 hours on completing a painting, pictured.

On Thursday March 5 at 7.30pm there will be a friendly criticism evening with John Ridyard and members are asked to bring two paintings. On March 12 there will be a workshop based on ‘spring is in the air’.

If you are looking for a new hobby new members of all abilities and ages are be warmly welcomed at this friendly Brighouse Art Circle. Members enjoy demonstrations, workshops, life models, costume models and exhibitions. Meetings are held every Thursday evening at Waring Green Community Centre, Brighouse HD6 2AX at 7.30pm.
