Todmorden Photographic Society’s 2014 3annual exhibition will open at 6.30pm on Friday, November 7, with events running over four days.

On the opening night, there will be a projection of digital images submitted to the exhibition.

The doors open at 10am on Saturday, November 8, when there will be a coffee morning.

At 3pm there will be a projection of the digital images and at 7.30pm Mrs Dorothy Burrows of Shipley will present her illustrated talk “Travels Through This Scenic Region”.

On Sunday, November 9, the doors open at 2.30pm, when there will be a projection of digital images.

After closing for the afternoon the exhibition re-opens again at 6.30pm, ahead of Mr Graham Murray of Stockport’s illustrated presentation “Peak District Tour of Edale and Man Tor”.

Finally, on Monday, November 10, the doors open at 6.30pm ahead of the 7.30pm illustrated presentation “Golden Oldies of Todmorden”, a selection of images relating to the town taken in the past.

The society hopes as many people as possible will take the opportunity to call in and have a look at the wide range of members’ work entered into this year’s event, and the public usually get the chance to vote for their favourite entries included in the show.
