Old Crossleyans survived a scare to keep visitors Old Town pinned to the foot of the league.

James Yates hit a high-score of 68 as Town posted 189 after being 162 for threeat one stage.

Harry Reynolds blew away their tail and finished with six for 45.

The Broomfield men looked up against it at 84 for five but Qamar Ayub (55 no) and Asad Mukhtar (54 no) figured in a century stand to win it for Crocs.
