Todmorden Town Hall will host a Megaslam Wrestling live show on Sunday, February 22.
Organiser Brad Taylor has promised “two hours of non-stop family entertainment” and says the event will feature a splash of American TV wrestling alongside traditional British wrestling.
The show will feature at least 12 professionals, including former WWE star Frankie Sloan, a name many grapple fans will have heard of.
Sloan partnered Robbie Brookside to form the tag team Liverpool Lads, often facing Big Daddy, Giant Haystacks and Kendo Nagasaki.
In 2010 he faced former WWE champion Vladimir Koslov.
He will be joined by fellow Merseysider Ringo Ryan, Megaslam world champion Bully Boy Carter, ‘The Warrior’ Paul Malen and female fighter Lana Austin.
“The show appeals to all ages - we present a truly family-friendly experience,” said Taylor.
Megaslam will feature five action-packed bouts and culminate in a tables match in which, to win, a fighter send his opponent through a table.
Doors open at 7pm with the show at 7.30pm. Tickets are available from www.ticketsource.co.uk/megaslamwrestling.
