TEENAGER Rick Laycock was the star of the show as Booth ended Blackley's superb winning run and booked a place in the Parish Cup semi-finals.
Laycock followed up a seven-wicket league haul the previous day with a swashbuckling 120 to help the visitors cruise to victory.
Laycock crashed 50 off 27 balls and 100 off 51, eventually departing after 60 balls having hit 19 fours and five sixes off the league leaders' attack.
Skipper Jim Mosley, who made a fine unbeaten 80 himself, said: "I've been playing league cricket for 22 years and it's the best innings I've seen by an amateur. Just awesome.
"He climbed into their two slow left armers and deposited them all over the park. It was a privilege to be at the other end. "
Mosley and Rick's older brother Rob wrapped up an eight wicket win with 10 overs to spare, Rob hammering 54 not out off 32 balls with five sixes to leave Blackley shellshocked.
Earlier, Mathew Brown had taken a brilliant diving catch to dismiss home dangerman Reece Jennison while Mark Johnstone pouched a fine running catch on the edge to dismiss Craig Taylor, who was going well.
Mytholmroyd, winners in 2005 and 2007, reached the semi-finals this year thanks largely to Jon Lord.
The clubs avoided each other in the draw for the semi-finals, Booth entertaining SBCI and Mytholmroyd at home to Jer Lane on July 12.
Booth's hopes of reaching two semi-finals ended when they lost by one wicket to SBCI in the Crossley Shield.
Their total of 203 for 7 was a solid effort with Wajid's unbeaten 59 the top score but Ali, Collinge, Thomas and Hussain all chipped in with twenties.
Gareth Swain, 3 for 40, and Hussain, 3 for 25, made inroads into the SBCI reply and Booth were favourites.
However, last wicket pair Robin Hanson and Ross Benson hit the 20 runs that the visitors needed for victory.
