WHAT a difference a few days make - certainly for Calder 76.
It began badly as they were thumped 12-3 at Brighouse OB Reserves last Thursday.

Things certainly improved for the Division one side on Saturday as they took the points from a 4-1 victory over Martin's Nest, a result which put them above their visitors in mid-table.

Fleming hit a hat-trick and Stone their fourth on the afternoon.

Fleming was on target again on Monday night as Calder beat Stump Cross 6-3. This time it was Topham who hit the hat-trick while Allan bagged a brace.

Wadsworth United were put to the sword by Elland All Stars who clinched runners-up spot in Division three thanks to a 7-1 victory. Parker netted for United.

- Shoulder Royd's 4-3 midweek win over Bradshaw Phoenix was the only Halifax Sunday League game involving local sides to be played.
