Hypnotherapy can also help people to move forwards and make positive changes in their lives.
It is sometimes a misunderstood way of working, but is in fact a very relaxing and often rewarding way for a person to find the answers they need.
It is important to know that during hypnosis the client is in control and can terminate a session if they choose to do so.
Following a full consultation the therapist will work with the client to affect positive changes that they may wish to make in their life.
The client is led by the therapist’s guiding voice into a state of body and mind relaxation and, in this state of relaxation is able to work with the therapist to produce beneficial changes.
The outcome of a hypnotherapy session cannot be predetermined and hypnotherapy should be seen as a way of supporting the client and not a “cure”.
Hypnotherapy can help with a broad range of issues including feelings of low self esteem, anxiety, anger and stress.
It can also help with IBS, fears and phobias and smoking and eating issues.
