Outline permission is being sought to build two homes at land between 36 and 43 Keighley Road, Hebden Bridge.

Mr R. Phillips has made the application to Calderdale Council’s planning department.

Other applications notified by the council this week include the following.

Listed building consent to make extensions and alterations, including new parking arrangement and access from the highway, at Royds Farm, 4 Towngate, Heptonstall, for Mr M. Gallop.

The new vehicular access would be further down the incline of Towngate, further away from the cobbled village centre.

Conversion and extension of outbuilding to holiday let at 1 Macpelah, Burnley Road, Hebden Bridge, for Mrs Rachael Hurst-Williams.

Replacement windows and replacement of dormer roof from roofing felt to fibre glass (listed building consent) at 16 Foster Clough, Height Road, Hebden Bridge, for Kym S. Saville.

Dropped kerb at 1-3 Prospect Terrace, Burnley Road, Luddenden Foot, for Mrs Deborah Dewhirst.

The application seeks to create parking spaces where there are front gardens at present, removing garden walls but keeping gate posts. The dropped kerb would coverthe frontage of all three homes.

Replace barn door (listed building consent) at Tray Royd Barn, Tray Royd, Midgley, for Mrs Jean Tallis.

Any representations on any of the above applications must be lodged with Calderdale planners by October 9.
