Two floors ‘back to residential use’

Proposals to change the use of the first and second floors of retail premises at 1 Market Street, Hebden Bridge, back to their previous residential use have been submitted to Calderdale Council planners.

Mrs Grainne Henson has applied for permission to change the use of those floors from A1 retail to C3 residential use. The retail use on the building’s ground floor remains for The Old Treehouse Ltd and the current employment position is unaffected. Any representations on the plan should be lodged with the council by January 3.
