Queuing traffic and severe delays on M62
Commuters are being warned of severe delays on the M62 this afternoon due around Chain Bar and Tingley.
Queuing traffic and long delays have hit westbound at junction 26, M606 (Chain Bar), because of emergency repairs.
There is congestion to junction 28, A650 (Tingley).
