How to vote for the semi-finalists

The photographs, along with a short news story, will be appearing on the Hebden Bridge Times and Todmorden News websites by the end of today (Monday, November 24).

Now it is time for our online readers to have their say and pick their favourites to be in with the chance to win the fantastic £350 cash prize.

To vote for your favourite, go to www.hebdenbridgetimes.co.uk and www.todmordennews.co.uk and leave a comment on the article about that photograph.

Or simply like the article on Facebook, tweet it on Twitter or share the story.

Voting will close on Monday, December 1, at midday.

The number of online comments, Facebook likes, tweets and shares will then be collated.

The top six acts will be revealed on our website on Monday, December 1.

Representatives from the Hebden Bridge Times, Todmorden News and McCarthy & Stone will choose the winner and they will appear online and in the newspaper that week.

The shortlist include two photographs that were not published in the newspaper, as they were accidentally left out.
