The exhibition, which has received national interest, is currently on display at The Photograph Hub, Compton Verney in Warwickshire.

The photographs show several scenes from 1975 to 1979, including Tom Greenwood cleaning a window on Hangingroyd Road, the Redman’s Factory, Mytholmroyd and three chapels joining together outside at West Vale Park, Halifax.

The Non-Conformists is the first major piece of work documented by Mr Parr.

The black and white photographs predate the colour photographs that Mr Parr was well known for in the following decade.

It will be on display until June 4, 2015.
