Students from Calder High School (a previous year’s production pictured) will be out and about the length and breadth of the Calder Valley on Good Friday, March 25, presenting the Midgley Pace Egg Play.

This year Richard Holly as St George will lead fellow players Max Holmes, Chico Kerouac, Jed Kuterescz and Max Bownas in the performances, and they have been in rehearsal for a while.

They begin their day at Banksfield, Mytholmroyd, close to their Calder High School headquarters, at 8.45am. At 9.30am they will perform at Todmorden Market before heading back to Mytholmroyd, where they will perfrom at St Michael’s Church at 10.30am.

Next come two performances at Hebden Bridge, at Holme Street at 11am and at St George’s Square at 11.30am.

They head up to the Robin Hood at Pecket Well for 12.15pm, then return gback to Hebden Bridge for a performance at the Marina at 1.15pm. They are at Luddenden Village at 2pm, go on to Midgley at 2.30pm, and finish their day guesting at Heptonstall at 3pm.
