The Food Standards Agency has today(Fri) lifted the suspension on the Peter Boddy Slaughterhouse, Todmorden.

Operations were suspended on February 12 as part of the ongoing investigation into the mislabelling of meat products.

The FSA required the business to provide guarantees before allowing it to operate again.

The FSA said it had also informed the business that it would not hesitate to withdraw its approval in the future if there is sufficient evidence that there is non-compliance with all requirements placed on food business operators.
