Police probe death of delivery man, 65

The driver was delivering to Oasis, Hebden Bridge

POLICE are investigating the death of a man who died in Hebden Bridge on Saturday morning.

The man, who was 65 and from Doncaster, was delivering to the Oasis store on Crown Street at 9am when a metal cage containing the delivery fell on top of him and crushed him.

Police are investigating the incident and the Health and Safety Executive have been informed.
