The vintage tractor’s section drew plenty of attention with some classic vehicles on show.

There were 32 tractors present - and gleaming - on the day, from 34 which had been signed up to enter.

Section secretary Brian Walker said he was delighted to welcome judge Mike Wollerton, of Todmorden Toy and Model Museum.

First prize went to a Porsche Diesel Junior 108 from 1961, owned by David Kendall, of Hebden Bridge. David also won the Brian Huxley Memorial Cup.

Second prize went to a David Brown 990 Implematic Live Drive vehicle from 1963 owned by Graham Mellor, of Ripponden. Third place went to a Massey Ferguson 35 from 1960 owned by Jim Smith of Halifax.

Vouchers for parts or service of £25 for the first prize winner and £15 for the second prize winner were also donated by Mr Jim Fielden, of Lineholme Garage, Todmorden.
