Brew up coffee morning support

STAFF, pupils and parents will be brewing up to raise funds for Macmillan Cancer Support.

Burnley Road Academy, Mytholmroyd, is joining in the world’s biggest coffee morning by holding its own event in the school hall on Friday, September 28, from 9am until 10.30am.

Hayley Morgan, who chairs the academy’s parent, teacher and friends association, said: “Everyone is welcome.

“Come along for a brew, cake and chat while the little ones play in the kiddie corner.”
