Models of all ages will be stutting their stuff on the catwalk to help raise funds for various upper Calder Valley organisations at an annual charity fashion show.
The Upper Calder Charity Assist (UCCA) fashion show will be held at Todmorden High School on Wednesday, April 16.
Models ranging from toddlers to pensioners will be showcasing clothing by numerous fashion outlets in the upper Calder Valley.
Stylists from Stone Hair Art, Todmorden, will be donating their time to style the models’ hair.
Outlets taking part include Halo, Marshalls, RSPCA, Gordon Rigg Garden Centre and Alice Fancy Dress, all from Todmorden.
Also supporting the event are Closet, Molly and Ginger, Makepiece, Hat Therapy and The Earth Collection, all from Hebden Bridge; Portare of Halifax; Beals of Rochdale; and Marks and Spencer in Burnley.
Shirley Fielder, of UCCA, said: “We are really pleased to have all the different shops to help us raise money for local charities in the upper valley.
“This year we are looking forward to helping Todmorden in Bloom again, along with money going into helping family and children services, scouting, Incredible Edible Todmorden and our Mayor’s charity, Overgate Hospice.”
Tickets for the fashion show are available at Wrigley Claydon Solicitors in Todmorden on 01706 815712, Todmorden News Centre on 01706 819889 and from Shirley on 07880 883333.
