I would like to thank all the emergency service staff, and the doctors and nurses at Huddersfield Royal Infirmary and Leeds General Infirmary who saved my life after the car accident I was in on December 23 in Halifax.
As a result of the accident, I have: broken three pieces in my back (I now have £3,000 worth of nuts and bolts in it), broken my ankle, punctured a lung, broken my sternum and broken all my ribs.
But I am up and walking already which people can’t understand.
I’m just very lucky that I’m alive and I want to send my love and condolences to the family of Dasingee Francis who tragically died in the accident.
Finally, thank you to all the people in Hebden Bridge for helping me and my special friend Helen.
I will be back.
