Two men have been jailed for a combined total of nearly two years after carrying out burglaries in the upper Calder Valley.
Charlie Smith was sent to prison for 12 months after carrying out a burglary in Hebden Bridge.
The Crown prosecutor was Miss Sophie Helena Drake and the officer in the case was Detective Constable Joanne Nichols of Calderdale CID.
Meanwhile in a separate case, Arron James Rookes was jailed for eight months for carrying out a burglary in Todmorden.
The Crown prosecutor was Kenneth Green and the police officer in the case was Detective Constable Lee Mason of Calderdale CID.
Both cases were heard at Bradford Crown Court.
