A Plant Sale and Arts and Crafts Fair is being held at Blackshaw Head Methodist Church on Saturday from noon to 4 pm.
Most of the plants are locally grown herbaceous perennials, which have donated donated by local gardeners, and which will enhance, and thrive in, local Pennine gardens.

Local artists are displaying paintings and other work, much of which will be for sale.

"Pats' Pantry" will be open for lunches and afternoon tea.

All proceeds are for the chapel renovation fund, which, following the renovation of the ground floor, is now raising funds to refurbish the main upstairs hall, including the provision of disabled access.

Buses to Blackshaw Head stop outside the chapel, and leave Hebden Bridge at eight minutes past the hour, returning from Blackshawhead on the half- hour.
