DoE turns down two local plan appeals

TWO local planning appleals have been rejected by the Department for the Environment:
Three houses at Stubbing Holme Road, Hebden Bridge, due to substandard access; and a single storey shop in The Courtyard, Bridge Gate, Hebden Bridge, due to the possible effect on people living nearby.

l Stephen Forrest has appealed against the refusal of permission for a double garage at Pike Stone Bank, Slater Ing, Heptonstall.
