CALDER Valley Women Singers are preparing for a busy winter programme after their summber break. The group, which will meet on Wednesdays at 7.30pm in Hebden Bridge Little Theatre, sing for fun, led by excellent visiting teachers from UK and abroad.
They are in the process of arranging for a Bulgarian teacher to visit, following on from enjoyable work done during the Arts Festival.
"We do not audition," said a spokesperson, "we welcome all women who want to come along and give it a try!" If anyone is interested in finding out more about the group, please call 01422 842446.
