Calderdale Council is applying for measures to improve safety at a primary school.

The council has applied for planning permission for external lighting and a CCTV camera pole at Midgley School, Jim Allen Lane, Midgley. It hopes to install low level bollard lighting along the principal school path while the CCTV will cover the main entrance.
