House-to-flats proposal
Proposals to convert an existing five-bedroomed house into three flats at 1 Grosvenor Place, Luddenden Lane, Luddenden Foot, have been submitted to planners.
Mr Abid Zaiman has applied to Calderdale Council to make the change. Any representations on the application should be lodged with the council by March 8.
