Members try out Aloe Vera range

WADSWORTH Women's Institute's first meeting of 2008 was held at Old Town Cricket Club in Boston Hill.
Elizabeth Jesson welcomed members and wished everyone a happy new year. Arlene Simpson and Wendy Gibbon from Todmorden Women’s Institute also visited.

Speaker for the evening was Sue Firth of Forever Living Products Aloe Vera. She spoke about the history and healing properties of Aloe Vera and members were able to test some of her products.

She was thanked by Christine Jackson.

Supper was served by Sheila Pettengel and Freda Dobby.

The next meeting will be on Wednesday February 6 at Old Town Cricket Club with a speaker from the Forget Me Not Trust. New members are welcome.
